WHAT TO EXPECT
Building a website is an
exciting & rewarding adventure. It is also a team effort which requires
input from you the client with as much information as possible so that we
can make your vision a reality.
Vision form is
completed by client, sent to Cascade Web - quote emailed to client.
Quote includes a breakdown of what each section will cost (the initial
design, navigation, photos, inside pages, etc.) Often times there is a
large range between prices in the quote. Websites are like life, they
groove and change constantly so these ranges give both the client and CW
room for changes. When the vision form is filled out in detail the design process can be
created with more accuracy to YOUR vision and the expense and time frame
can be substantially reduced.
Once the quote is
accepted we collect approximately 1/2 the total cost for a deposit and
begin work. When the account reaches $50 we then ask for another
installment. Similar to a retainer so that there are always funds to work
with.
At least one to two ideas
are posted (rough draft) to see if the colors and design are along
the lines of your vision. We tweak the colors, the placement, the
navigation and go forward.
Timelines are given, time
charts are emailed weekly and communication continues. We fine tune,
set-up email addresses and load 'er up!
